Every EZAppeal account signs a Business Associate Agreement before it can process protected health information. Clinical content is processed on Amazon Web Services in US regions under AWS's Business Associate Agreement. Documents are processed in memory to draft a letter and then discarded; EZAppeal keeps no patient names, member IDs, dates of service or document text.
